What forms do your products come in (lyophilized vs. liquid)?
Our products are supplied in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form for stability during storage and shipping. Lyophilized products are typically reconstituted with bacteriostatic (BAC) water when needed, and once reconstituted they generally should be refrigerated to help maintain stability. This is why we store and ship products in lyophilized form whenever possible—so they remain more stable in transit and arrive in the best condition.
Do you provide COAs / third-party testing?
All of our products are third party tested. Product COA's are available upon request.
How fast do you ship, and will I get tracking?
